Installing TEIS
TEIS may be obtained through the following methods:


For WSDOT employees:

  • Submit a request to workstation support to install the latest version of TEIS Capital Projects.
  • Open Capital Projects from your Start Button (Start>DOT Applications>TEIS Applications>Capital Projects v3.0

  • You should receive the following message that your user account needs to be activated...

  • E-mail
  • WSDOT TEIS Support, or call Aaron Ward at 705-7291, to activate your TEIS user account.
  2. Under special circumstances, non-WSDOT users may be able to download or run the installation package from this web site. Please contact TEIS support staff to obtain a User Id and password (see Contacting Support Staff).
