Spokane lacks adequate capacity for North/South traffic from I-90 north through Spokane. Design, purchases of Right of Way, and construction will be advanced under this project for the new North Spokane Corridor (NSC) on US 395. Individual sections of the corridor will be designed and constructed under separate projects. The North Spokane Corridor will increase capacity and reduce travel time and delays.
