RFP Development and Installation of a One Account-Based Ticketing System
This project consists of development of an RFP in the 2015-2017 biennium and construction in the 2017-2019 biennium. The RFP is for the development of a one-account-based ticketing system for all customers of the Toll and Ferries Divisions. The construction phase consists of the installation of the new ticketing system. It will build on a refurbished existing ticketing infrastructure accomplished under a separate PIN. The Ferries share of the RFP development is $325,000. This budget is for in-house staff and consultants who will gather requirements and prepare the request for proposals (RFP). The Ferries share of installation has a rough order of magnitude cost of $20,000,000.
