| Columbia Basin RR - Schrag Rail & Tie Replacement Phase II (2015 FRAP) | |||||||||
| The project will replace 3,139 track feet of rail with 100 pound rail and install new ties and crossing planks. This project extends the useful life of operations on this branch line by improving the rail infrastructure near the primary shippers spur tracks. The project is part of a longer-term plan to improve the entire branch line to be capable of handling 286,000 pound railcar equipment. |
